These official rules govern participation in any contest, sweepstakes, or raffle (collectively, "Raffle") offered within the Rezbin application. By participating, you agree to these rules.

 

1. Eligibility and Entry

   • Eligibility: The Raffle is open to all registered Rezbin users who comply with the Rezbin Terms of Service and who meet any specific eligibility criteria outlined in the individual Raffle announcement (e.g., minimum points required, specific recycling volume).

   • How to Enter: Entries are earned as specified in the individual Raffle announcement, typically by accumulating and spending Rezbin Points earned through the proper logging and recycling of materials using the Rezbin QR-code system.

   • Compliance: All entries must be legitimate. Any use of bots, fraudulent accounts, or automated means to enter is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.

2. Prize and Winner Selection

   • Prizes: The prize(s) for the Raffle will be clearly described in the individual Raffle announcement and are sent through digitally. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, except at Rezbin’s sole discretion.

   • Winner Selection: Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries submitted during the entry period. The drawing process will be verifiable by Rezbin.

   • Notification: Winners will be notified via the mobile number or email associated with their Rezbin account or via an in-app notification within a specified time frame. Failure to respond to the winner notification within seven (7) days may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

3. General Conditions

   • Availability: These rules must be available to users at all times within the app, accessible from the Raffle entry screen.

   • Governing Law: The Raffle and these rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

   • Data Privacy: Any personal data collected during the Raffle will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Raffle and prize fulfillment, in accordance with the Rezbin Privacy Policy.
